DUMP PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE RECYCLING CENTER
Annual fee is $20.00-Stickers must be adhered to the rear passanger window
Garbage may be placed curbside or it may be taken by a resident/taxpayer to the Recycling Center and placed in appropriate bins.

Bagged leaves and pine needles will be accepted during regular operating hours.
Transporting leaves to the Recycling Center is the responsibility of the resident/taxpayer.
CONSTRUCTION & DEMOLITION (C&D) MATERIALS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE WELLS RECYCLING CENTER
All C&D must be taken to the Lake Pleasant Transfer Station. Please call the Transfer Station at 518-548-3867 to determine whether or not they take the item(s) you wish to dispose of.

TO BURN LEAVES/BRUSH ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, A BURNING PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
To obtain a burning permit, call either Forest Ranger Ian Kerr at 518-775-8357 or David Kallen at 518-863-9156.
Brush is no longer accepted at the Recycling Center.

7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*Closed on Monday holidays - open the following day.
*When the holiday falls on a Saturday, dump is open Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m..
