Officials
The deputy is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the Town Supervisor. The deputy supervisor functions with the powers and duties of the Supervisor during the absence or inability of the town supervisor to act, except he or she has no vote as deputy supervisor in matters coming before the board and he or she does not serve as a member of the county board of supervisors.
